This interesting Sadie basket wall art intertwines a blend of black and natural tones and represents the unique craftwork of a special group of women from rural India. The Sadie wall art originates in southern India and is the handiwork of an NGO that was established to support rural women in drought prone areas of southern India. Farming is notoriously hard and harvests can be unpredictable. The NGO helps ensure that these women have an income of their own that can support their families through hardships. The benefits for us is that we can also showcase their amazing talents. Wall art is not just about texture and colour, it's about storytelling and meaning. These Sadie baskets provide both. All dyes are natural.
