How it's Made
The Murwara mirror is crafted using traditional sand-casting techniques. Molten aluminium is poured into a sand mould, creating the mirror-s distinctive arched frame with its subtly imperfect, textured surface.

Beautiful but not practical to hang
The mirror is gorgeous, but only has one keyhole hanging point at the top middle. For safety on such a heavy mirror I would like the option of two hanging points at each side. Also as I’m hanging it under a light, I can’t drill a hole in the wall directly under it as the electrical cables run straight down the wall.
