Furniture & Large Item Delivery
Some of our smaller furniture items, such as dining chairs & stools, are delivered by our Standard Parcel or DPD Oversized service.
Our larger pieces are delivered by our specialist courier Furdeco within 7 working days.
We take great care in delivering your order to you and use a dedicated specialist delivery service which will deliver on a day of your choice. Please provide your telephone number and email at the checkout, our specialist delivery team will contact you to book your preferred delivery day.

International
We are not currently offering delivery outside of the UK. We will be carefully reviewing this and look forward to being able to offer international delivery options in the future.
Made-to-order Sofa Delivery
Our sofas are handmade to order in the UK and each piece takes between 10-12 weeks to manufacture and deliver from the date that your order has been confirmed.
Please add your telephone number at the checkout so we can contact you to arrange a suitable date for delivery. Our sofa collection can be delivered to UK mainland addresses only.
We will contact you once your order has completed production to arrange a suitable date for delivery.
Your furniture will be placed in your desired location and the packaging will be removed at point of delivery.
We will do our best to complete your made-to-order furniture within the specified lead time, however some delays can occur that are outside of our control. We will endeavor to keep you updated on the progress of your order.
Pre-orders
If you have pre-ordered a product, you have reserved the item from the next shipment into Nkuku. Once the product is ready to be dispatched from our warehouse, your order will be delivered to you via the delivery service assigned to that product. If you visit the product page, you can see which delivery service is assigned under the 'Delivery & Returns Options' tab. The delivery method should also show on your order confirmation.
Note that the 'Due Date' showing for the product is estimated and we can experience delays on our shipments which are outside of our control.
