Deliveries are taking a little longer than usual. Like many businesses, we have been experiencing increased demand and challenging delays in our supply chain and logistics. We are working with our warehouse team and suppliers to deliver orders as quickly and safely as possible. We aim to keep you updated on your order, every step of the way.

Due to the uncertainties around Brexit, we are not currently offering delivery outside of the UK. We will be carefully reviewing this and look forward to being able to offer international delivery options in the future.

Small Furniture Delivery

Some of our furniture items, such as dining chairs & stools, are delivered by our Standard Delivery Service, within 7-10 working days, or Next Day Delivery, where applicable.

Large Furniture Delivery

We take great care in delivering your furniture to you and use a dedicated specialist delivery service which will deliver your furniture within 7-10 working days. Please provide your telephone number at the checkout, our delivery team will contact you the next working day to book your preferred delivery time slot. Large furniture items are available for delivery to UK mainland addresses only.

Sofa Delivery

Our sofas are handmade to order in the UK and each piece takes between 16-18 weeks to manufacture from the date that your order has been confirmed. Please note, the order date for pre-Christmas delivery has now passed.

Please add your telephone number at the checkout so we can contact you to arrange a suitable date for delivery. Our sofa collection can be delivered to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery of these items is free of charge.

  • We will contact you to confirm that we have received your order
  • We will contact you closer to the time to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery
  • Your furniture will be placed in your desired location and the packaging will be removed at point of delivery

Returns

Returns Policy

We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please return to us within 28 days of receipt in an unused condition and in original packaging, with the returns form completed and placed inside the parcel. We will issue a refund to your original payment method on receipt.

  • Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached
  • With the exception of faulty goods Nkuku is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of the goods
  • The returns form and address label can be found inside your delivery note, or you can download a copy here. Please complete the form and place this inside the parcel you are returning to us
  • Goods purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at the Nkuku Lifestyle Store

How to return an item to us

STANDARD RETURNS

Collect+
Cost £4.49 per parcel. Your parcel should be no bigger than 60x50x50cm and weigh up to 10Kg.

To use this service visit www.collectplus.co.uk/nkuku to purchase your returns label and find your most convenient drop off location. Please note this must be purchased before dropping off your package.

When you have dropped off your package at your Collect+ location, you will be provided with a receipt and a tracking code.

Royal Mail

Visit your local Post Office with your packaged return. Please remember to obtain a proof of postage.

 

Large Parcels

If your parcel is larger than 60x50x50cm and/or weighs over 10Kg, please contact the Customer Care team who will arrange a collection on your behalf. Cost £16 per parcel.

FURNITURE RETURNS

To return an item of furniture please contact the Customer Care team using the contact details above.

Selected Furniture
Some of our furniture items such as dining chairs & stools are delivered by our courier service DPD. If you received an item of furniture via this method of delivery you can return the item using the same service. Please note this is a weekday only service.

Furniture & Indian Antiques
The cost of returning these items has been calculated on the weight, size and fragility of the item. You can find the returns size on the product page.

The price for returning these items is:

LARGE £80

Please note these costs are non-refundable. As this is a dedicated delivery service it can take up to 2-3 weeks for collection.

Goods purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at the Nkuku Lifestyle Store.

SOFAS & MADE TO ORDER FURNITURE Due to their bespoke nature, we are unable to offer returns on made to order furniture and sofas.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS We take great care throughout the production and delivery of your order. From time to time some issues may occur. Should this be the case please contact our Customer Care team immediately so that we can help to resolve the issue. For efficiency please provide your order number and any other information to assist us in resolving the matter promptly.
MISSING ITEMS Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods if there is an item missing from your order.
