Returns Policy

We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please return to us within 28 days of receipt in an unused condition and in original packaging. We will issue a refund to your original payment method on receipt.

If you placed your order online, please use the above returns links.

If you'd like to return an item you purchased in one of our retail stores, please obtain your receipt and return to the store within 28 days. 

Extended Returns Policy

• Orders placed between 1st October and 24th December can be returned until 23rd January 2026.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us within 28 days of receipt by phone or email and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement or a full refund in line with our terms and conditions and your consumer rights.

• Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached
  
• Please complete the online returns form here and process your return via the Nkuku returns portal. If you purchased the item in our one of our retail stores, please return to the store with your receipt
• Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of the goods
  
• Goods purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at one of our stores
• Please note we are unable to accept returns on earrings
  
• With the exception of faulty goods Nkuku is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item

Cancelling Your Order

Under The Consumer Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your online or mail order purchase as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service. However, this right to cancel your order does not apply to Goods which are: made-to-measure or custom-made or otherwise made to your specification or clearly personalised.
