    We are recruiting for the following position/s:

    Position: Merchandiser 
    Reporting to: Head of Buying and Merchandising

    We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team based at our head offices in Dartington. Holding strong communication skills and having a keen eye for detail, you will play a vital role in ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time, in the right quantities and at the right price. This is a full time, permanent role with your normal working week being 37.5 hours 9.00am to 5.30pm.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Demand Planning & Ordering

    • Prepare multi-channel forecast for all SKUs, proposing future purchase order plan with respect to intake and stock budgets
    • Place and approve Purchase Orders on the system to initiate production and agree ex-works date
    • Manage existing POs in light of developing sales trends
    • Approve orders to ship and sign-off relevant documentation to handover to the Operations Department

    Range Planning

    • Working with Buying Manager to propose range changes and establishing pre-season estimates
    • Gain sign-off for seasonal budgets including impact of new and discontinued ranges
    • Deliver approved range changes on time
    • Liaise with Operations team to deliver maximum launch availability

    Stock Management

    • Own management and reporting of stock levels vs budget
    • Deliver optimum availability within stock budget
    • Manage store ranging and replenishment parameters
    • Ensure any specific wholesale customer requirements are delivered on time
    • Manage and maintain SKU level seasonal attributes on the system

    Supplier Management

    • Manage and improve supplier production process in conjunction with our Agent
    • Carry out supplier performance analysis and look how supplier performance can be improved
    • Optimise any MOQ, MOV, container fill requirements
    • Communicate with suppliers to ensure OTIF delivery

      Requirements

      • 2-5 years’ proven merchandising experience in a similar industry
      • Multi-Channel experience (B2B and B2C)
      • Asia factory sourcing experience desirable
      • Be pro-active and use initiative to solve problems
      • Keen eye for detail
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      • Strong commercial awareness
      • Ability to work under pressure, to be able to prioritise workload and adapt quickly to changing circumstances

      Position: Senior Customer Care Coordinator
      Reporting to: Customer Care Manager 

      We are looking for a Senior Customer Care Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis, who will be responsible for providing daily management and training for the Customer Care team. The job holder will also be required to coordinate and liaise with other Nkuku departments to fulfil complex order requirements within our B2B sector.

       

      Duties and Responsibilities

      The main duties include effective order management, coaching and mentoring team members, meeting targets and KPI's and delivering an on-brand experience to all of our customers.

       

      Core Responsibilities

      • To coordinate a skilled team of Customer Care Advisors
      • Coordinating between departments to ensure that complex accounts and orders are managed effectively to meet the requirements of each account.
      • Display the highest level of verbal and written communication to our customers
      • Ensuring the team are achieving their KPI's daily, and identifying opportunities for improvement
      • Coordinate and communicate effectively with account managers and customers on updates to orders, deliveries and delays
      • Ensuring the team is focused on customer service 'Best Practice' at all times

      Support Responsibilities

      • Supporting the Customer Care Manager in delivering high standards of service across all channels
      • Identifying and delivering any necessary training and development of others to improve overall accuracy, productivity, and quality
      • Providing effective people management information that will identify areas for improvement, and show progress of individuals, in relation to service performance, quality and training needs
      • Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and solutions

        Requirements

        Essential

        • Experience within a customer focused environment
        • Computer literate
        • Experience of Microsoft packages including, Word, Outlook with strong Excel skills
        • Experience of CRM systems

        Desirable

        • Khaos Control or experience with a similar ERP system
        • Experience of managing others, overseeing workloads and performance
