The Kallso glass and marble butter dish has tactile qualities. The marriage of recycled glass, hand blown into an appealing organic shape, complete with globe handle nests comfortably in the understated marble base. The hard, clean surfaces of marble and glass make them well suited to a butter dish. The variegated tones of the marble add a unique finish. Take pleasure in traditional rituals, they add a pleasing finishing touch.
To care for the butter dish, we recommend a gentle hand wash only. Use a mild dish soap to clean, rinse in clean water. To care for the marble, we recommend hand washing only. Use a mild dish soap and do not leave to soak, marble is a porous material and can easily stain. Do not scrub as this may scratch the marble. Handle with care.

Recycled glass is washed before being crushed and melted down by skilled glassmakers. Each recycled glass piece is gently mouth-blown, creating irregular mottled patterning that renders each piece totally unique and pleasingly opulent.
