Due to the natural materials used and traditional techniques involved in making this piece by hand, the metallic finish will vary over time as it settles into its new environment.
To care for this item, we recommend regularly wiping with a soft, dry cloth. To clean the item, hand wash only using a mild dish soap and do not leave to soak. Please do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as this may damage the finish

I bought this after reading the reviews. Someone said it was a lot darker than in the photo and mine too was a lot darker, lot less gold-coloured. I wasn't therefore surprised, I'm very happy with the vase and don't regret the purchase. Looks great with eucalyptus branches
