The simple, utilitarian design of our Ukari dining chairs is given a luxurious finish with the tactile and durable qualities of leather. The comfortable padded leather seat and back rest have a modest but interesting stitching detail that adds a finishing touch to the piece. The buffalo leather upholstery is a by-product and is dyed using vegetable extract and tree bark which means the leather colour will enrich further with time. The Ukari collection includes dining chairs and counter stools in a selection of rich colours including aged-tan, rich green, aged-black, chocolate brown and dark brown.
This leather upholstery is handmade from buffalo leather, a by-product. The herds are farmed by local herdsmen. The leather is dyed using vegetable extract and tree bark, this means the leather colour will enrich further with time.
To care for your leather wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. To protect the finish, avoid use of chemicals and household cleaners. To nourish the leather and to prevent drying out and cracking we recommend applying a specialist product, or using petroleum jelly or flax oil.

Extended Returns: Purchases made between 16th November and 24th December, can be returned to us by Monday 22nd January 2024.
All purchases made from 25th December will have our standard 28 day returns applied.

Beautiful, classy chairs. Bought in the tan colour, which is perfect - not too orangey/bright and not too dark either. Very comfy to sit on, they were delivered quickly and I think they’ll stand the test of time well. Bought to go with the Fia dining table, which is also beautiful.
