To care for your lantern, we recommend regularly wiping with a soft, dry cloth to prevent the build up of dust or dirt. We recommend a microfiber cloth in the circular motion for the glass. To remove excess wax, use warm water with a mild dish soap, be sure to dry immediately and do not soak. Indoor use only. Please position the candle securely and ensure that the flame is not directed at the glass. This product will get hot in use. Keep out of reach of children. Wait until fully cooled before handling. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Extended Returns: Purchases made between 16th November and 24th December, can be returned to us by Monday 22nd January 2024.
All purchases made from 25th December will have our standard 28 day returns applied.

International Deliveries
We are not currently offering delivery outside of the UK. We will be carefully reviewing this and look forward to being able to offer international delivery options again in the future.

Local metal workers skilfully solder around the glass using traditional techniques. This handmade process means that there are weld marks on the joins of each piece, an honest feature that we love as it tells the story of how the product is made.

It was a present so I'm reliant on the recipient saying "it looks fab" and that they were very pleased with it.
DPD sent three texts on three consecutive days promising delivery 15/16/17 Dec. then nothing. Tracking service said "delayed in their depot" 19, 21 & 22nd so had to contact Nkuku to resolve.
Excellent service from very professional lady at Nkuku; although DPD admitted losing it, she immediately arranged for another to be sent by express delivery which arrived as hoped on 24th Dec.!!
