Design Story

The classic shape of our Marri grand sofa has a timeless appeal that suits almost any interior. Each piece is handcrafted by our specialist team in our Nottinghamshire workshop combining traditional techniques with exceptional craftmanship. Well-considered details ensure lasting quality, including piped edging, separate back cushions, and hand-turned hardwood feet. The hardwood frame and high-grade steel serpentine springs are selected for enduring quality, and the cushions are made from foam with a fibre wrap for added comfort. The fabric is hand cut to size, playing close attention to the characteristics of the material, and the sculpted hardwood feet provides the finishing detail. Our upholstery fabrics are sourced from Italy’s finest mills and are chosen for their style and quality. We have selected a beautiful heavyweight, soft washed linen with an outstanding texture. Our linen is perfectly suited to upholstery, with an appealing natural, and tactile feel. It is also heavy and durable. The linen is FR treated for domestic upholstery ensuring peace of mind as well as meeting specialist UK furniture requirements. Please note, our white background cut-out photography is shown in Natural for shape and style reference. We will do our best to complete your made-to-order furniture within the specified lead time, however we cannot offer a guaranteed date until your furniture has completed production.

Our sofas are handmade to order in the UK and each piece takes between 10-12 weeks to manufacture and deliver from the date that your order has been confirmed.

Please add your telephone number at the checkout so we can contact you to arrange a suitable date for delivery. Our sofa collection can be delivered to UK mainland addresses only.

We will contact you once your order has completed production to arrange a suitable date for delivery.

Your furniture will be placed in your room of choice and the packaging will be removed at point of delivery.
