This teapot is handcrafted by skilled artisans in China, where we collaborate with local makers to help preserve traditional techniques that are increasingly at risk of being lost.

Design Story

Embrace cosy living with our Malia teapot in cream-glazed stoneware. The organic shape and imperfect finish add layers of character. Each piece in our Malia collection is completely unique, thanks to the use of a reactive glaze. The look is completed with delicate, hand-painted lines around the rim. Designed to fill two cups, it-s perfect for a quiet moment or sharing tea with a friend. Pair with the Malia cup and saucer for a sophisticated tea set.

How It's Made

This teapot is handcrafted by skilled artisans in China, where we collaborate with local makers to help preserve traditional techniques that are increasingly at risk of being lost. Each piece is shaped with care and finished in a creamy reactive glaze that develops unique variations in tone during firing.
Care Instructions

To care for your teapot, start by rinsing it with warm water after each use to prevent tea stains and residue buildup. For a deeper clean, fill the teapot with warm water and a few drops of mild dish soap, then gently scrub the interior with a soft sponge or brush. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that could scratch the glaze.

    Teapot

Love the teapot but noticed it has a crack in the lid which is a shame as it was not cheap
