With its warm, natural tones and distinctive double-layered weave, the Thimba woven jute chandelier brings understated elegance to any interior. The simple yet sculptural form blends rustic texture with modern softness, offering a calm, organic presence above dining tables, living areas, or bedrooms. Designed to celebrate natural materials and mindful making, this natural light connects space, story, and craft.
The chandelier is handwoven using sustainable banana fibre by skilled women in rural India, using traditional weaving techniques passed down through generations. The fibre is harvested, dried, and softened before being worked into a structured silhouette entirely by hand. Each finished piece reflects subtle irregularities in tone and weave, quiet evidence of human touch and care.
Regularly clean your pendant with a soft bristled brush to remove any buildup of dust. Please ensure the light is turned off when cleaning. Please do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
