Our Dimalai Recycled Glass Table Lamp is a beautiful modern twist on the classic mushroom lamp. At nkuku we proudly use natural, reclaimed and recycled materials as we believe in celebrating the beauty of the natural world, reusing resources and minimising waste wherever we can. Crafted from recycled glass, our Dimalai table lamp is no exception. Firstly, the waste glass is collected and washed to remove any impurities; it is then crushed and melted down before being mouth blown or placed in moulds to create the required shape. A smoke brown antique finish is then applied.
To care for this lamp, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the glass in a circular motion on a regular basis. Please do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. We recommend removing the lampshade and ensuring unplugged when cleaning.

Recycled glass is washed before being crushed and melted down by skilled glassmakers. Each recycled glass piece is gently mouth-blown, creating irregular mottled patterning that renders each piece totally unique and pleasingly opulent.
