Design Story

The simple, utilitarian design of our Ukari dining chairs is given a luxurious finish with the tactile and durable qualities of leather. The comfortable padded leather seat and back rest have a modest but interesting stitching detail that adds a finishing touch to the piece. The buffalo leather upholstery is a by-product and is dyed using vegetable extract and tree bark which means the leather colour will enrich further with time. The Ukari collection includes dining chairs and counter stools in a selection of rich colours.

To care for your leather wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. To protect the finish, avoid use of chemicals and household cleaners. To nourish the leather and to prevent drying out and cracking we recommend applying a specialist product, or using petroleum jelly or flax oil.

Great for my smaller table

Super happy with these chairs. I debated ordering them as I would normally want to see furniture that I was spending that amount of money on but I took a chance and very pleased I did. I have quite a small dining table 110cm diameter and have been looking for smaller chairs that will not stick out too far from it so the room looks spacious. They give the room a modern minimalist feel. They feel and look quality. Sturdy feel but light to move. Delivery brilliant ordered on a Sunday and arrived on Tuesday. Highly recommend.
