Imagine the setting: a table nestled under the dappled shade of a tree, a gentle breeze stirring the scent of lavender and rosemary from nearby pots. The warm glow of the late afternoon sun reflects through hand-blown tumblers and glass decanters, catching the sparkle of fresh citrus and mint. Around the table, laughter and conversation flow as easily as the drinks, each pour adding to the rhythm of a perfect summer gathering.

No summer table is complete without refreshing drinks, and the Masala Mojito is our go-to cocktail for a lively twist on the classic. With its cooling mint, bright lime, and a surprising touch of chaat masala, it’s as vibrant as the evenings themselves. Prepare and serve it in our Minati ribbed glass jug, then pour into the Yala hammered glass highballs, their organic shape and subtle bubbles bringing beauty and texture to every sip. The joy of using clear glassware to serve the Masala Mojito is letting the beautiful colours of Indian flavours shine.

The fresh yet warming flavour of the Masala Mojito transitions perfectly from the hot summer days to the cooler evenings. The mint and the lime help to keep it crisp and lively for enjoying in the daylight, but as the sun sets and we gather around the fire, the warming flavours of the masala keep guests feeling cosy as the gathering continues into the evening.

Layering the Table

Layer the table with our Aarushu napkin rings, the soft weave and sun-washed hues bringing gentle texture to the setting. A Yala hammered jug filled with sparkling water and citrus slices becomes a practical yet eye-catching centrepiece. For smaller touches that make a big difference, scatter fresh herbs like mint, thyme, and basil, in Mamba outdoor planters across the table. And for a truly personal touch, grow your own mint in one of our terracotta planters. There’s something deeply satisfying about plucking a few fragrant sprigs to muddle into your mojito, a small moment of making that adds an extra layer of care and craft to your cocktail.

"With the right glass in hand, fresh ingredients, and a table full of character, every summer evening becomes one to remember."
