we've added a Sage Green colour option to our best-selling range of recycled Yala glassware, bringing a light, fresh hue to the table and tactile hammered details that lend a shimmering quality to the glass. Classically shaped with a shorter, sturdier stem, this set of 4 wine glasses adds sophisticated style to any table setting, and can be mixed and matched across the Yala range for an eclectic splash of colour.
We use recycled glass to make these collections. Firstly, the waste glass is collected and washed to remove any impurities; it is then crushed and melted down before being hand-blown and then hammered using traditional tools for an irregular patina that gives each piece a unique tactile quality. Our coloured glass is never sprayed, instead the colour is embedded in the glass. This not only makes it food-safe but offers a purity of colour and improves the overall quality of the piece.
To care for your glassware, we recommend washing after every use to prevent staining. Use a mild detergent and do not leave to soak. Handle with care.
