The metal is skilfully soldered around the glass with traditional tools; this handmade process means that there are weld marks on the joins of each piece, a feature that we love as it tells the story of how the product is made.

A lovely product
I've been looking for some nice quality lanterns for a while and these do not disappoint! They look stunning with large candles and make the lounge feel really cosy on these dark winter nights. Expensive yes, but you get what you pay for and I grabbed these with the black Friday discount so it softened the blow a little ;)
I was unsure which size to go for. I went with the medium size, which still look a little large in the fireplace so I'm glad I didn't get the bigger ones
