Took delivery of the excellent and lovely Otoro large pendant light which is now in place and looks wonderful. I did have a small problem with the initial delivery which through no fault of nkuku arrived damaged, this was instantly put right by Susan in customer services and I had a replacement the following day fantastic customer experience and will definitely recommend using them and buy from them in the future
We have been looking for pendant lights for our hallway and these are the perfect size. Definitely use an “Edison” light bulb.
Replacing all the old and tired light fitments the Otoro range is stunning. High quality craftsmanship and I love all four in different shapes and colours.
We ordered 3 lights, each one looks great. We had to contact the customer service team a couple of times, who were quick to respond and very helpful. I would definitely shop with Nkuku again
