Perfect for my non-ice related purposes
The metal finish has warmth and is not brassy looking at all . Lid fits really snuggly which is perfect for my non-ice related purposes. I have been looking for ages for a decorative metal storage tin to keep firelighters in for the log burner and this does the job perfectly.
