The brass isn’t too shiny so it looks elegant and warm looking. Of course most would use it as a drinks trolley as it has the safety sides around it to stop bottles tipping over and I could use it that way in the future, but for now I’ve put a lamp and snacks on the top and board games on the bottom so my teenagers have an entertainment station in the winter months. Actually it’s very versatile that way, and more functional than a normal glass table where objects could slide off.
I like it very much. I bought it in the 20% off sale, so the value was even better.
I ordered two of these tables to finish off an elegant drawing room I was redecorating and styling for clients. I placed them to either side of the large marble fireplace. One is used as a glamorous cocktail table and the other as an occasional side table when required. They look fabulous and my client is delighted with them.
