We use recycled glass to make these collections. Firstly, the waste glass is collected and washed to remove any impurities; it is then crushed and melted down before being hand blown or placed in moulds to create beautiful new products.

Absolutely brilliant! Our parcel from them was lost by the courier, who were completely uncontactable and wouldn’t provide any information on when/if the parcel (a christmas present) would arrive. I sent Nkuku’s customer service team a message to see if they could help/had any advice/ could contact the courier as I was having no luck. This was sent on the weekend so didn’t expect any response until Monday. By Monday, a replacement had been delivered with a different courier, with clearly expedited shipping. Absolutely fantastic customer service and would definitely shop with them again!
The glasses are a gift so can't entirely speak to the product, but looked lovely, and all other Nkuku products I have have been very high quality and long lasting (including glassware) so assuming these will be the same!
