Our Danta antique black frame has a stunning finish that frames a photograph perfectly. The hand-forged metal framework and stand surrounds the elegant glass aperture.
The metal is skilfully soldered around the glass with traditional tools; this handmade process means that there are weld marks on the joins of each piece, a feature that we love as it tells the story of how the product is made.
To care for your frame, we recommend regularly wiping with a soft, dry cloth to prevent the build up of dust or dirt. We recommend a microfiber cloth in a circular motion for the glass.

To return any unwanted items, click here for our recommended services.
Extended Returns: Purchases made between 16th November and 24th December, can be returned to us by Monday 22nd January 2024.
All purchases made from 25th December will have our standard 28 day returns applied.

I have given five stars for looks. I love these frames and have several of them. I can only give four stars for their durability though. Very delicate around the solder points so extreme caution needed when cleaning.

I love this antique brass frame, it’s so delicate and minimal not at all chunky like most out there. My only slight niggle is that my sons wedding photo slips down and wont stay in the middle as shown on Nkuku’s website…..
I would love to have this frame in landscape to match so I can display more of my photos….*So a request to Nkuku - please can you start making this frame in landscape….
