Our Chara bottles are full of sophisticated rustic charm; these artisan made pieces involve hammering the glass with traditional tools providing a subtle textured affect. The glass is skilfully blown through the brass ring creating this elegant shape. Solder marks are often evident on the brass as a result of this complex handmade process.
Solder marks are often evident on the brass as a result of this complex handmade process. We use recycled glass to make these collections. Firstly, the waste glass is collected and washed to remove any impurities; it is then crushed and melted down before being hand blown or placed in moulds to create beautiful new products.
To care for this item, we recommend regularly wiping with a soft, dry cloth. To clean the item, hand wash only using a mild dish soap and do not leave to soak. Please do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as this may damage the finish

Love, love, love this vase. The hammered finish and brass neck gives it a rustic charm and to me makes it look quite old, vintage looking which I love . Even without any flowers it makes such a lovely statement piece.

I have only seen the picture. They were bought for a wedding present which has not yet been opened, so very much hope they are perfect in all respects as I did not open the individual boxes to check them over.
I am sure the bride and groom will be delighted with them, but that is all I can say in this review.

I’d recently purchased some smaller hammered glass from a local store and loved the look for our recently decorated lounge. Saw this as wanted bigger vase for my pampas grass,,it’s perfect glad I got tape measure out as perfect size with the small neck they stand perfect in it, perfect with money of more affordable price,,,I could easily buy the whole range,,
