Local metal workers skilfully solder around the glass using traditional techniques. This handmade process means that there are weld marks on the joins of each piece, an honest feature that we love as it tells the story of how the product is made.

A bought the gold colored one a few years ago and it’s lovely on a real tree every Christmas. I have a snow covered artificial tree in my dining room and bought the antique silver one for it. The stars are lovely and will hopefully last my lifetime and the be passed on to my family.
