Return cost dissapointing

They looked nice and of good quality but they were much larger than they appeared online. I went to return them but found out there would be a £4.95 return cost (20% of the actual price!). This was surprising so I emailed customer service asking if they could waive this fee but I am still yet to receive a reply.
