How It's Made

This table is handmade from mango wood, then a walnut stain is applied which highlights the natural beauty of the grain while giving a deeper, darker finish to the wood. Mango wood is a by-product of mango farming. Mango trees are initially grown for their fruit, and harvested over a number of years, then once the trees have stopped bearing fruit, they are cut down to allow farmers to plant more trees. Selling the waste material also provides the farmers with a supplementary income.
Care Instructions

Your furniture has been finished with a beautiful rich stain and treated with a sealant to help protect it. To maintain the beauty of this product and prolong its life we recommend following a few simple steps.

Wipe surfaces regularly with a soft dry cloth to remove dust and moisture. Mild soap and water can be used for cleaning but take care not to use excess water as this will damage the grain and the stain finish.

Clean up spills immediately to prevent damage from liquids or staining. Soak up spills with a dry paper cloth, wipe with a damp lint free cloth and dry immediately. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials as these may damage the wood. Avoid placing wet items directly on to the surface.
Use coasters and mats for protection.
