Each honeycomb egg is made using a meticulous, multi-step process. It begins with printing or coating the paper to enhance strength and uniformity. Sheets are then layered and pasted in a precise pattern, forming the honeycomb core. This structure is expanded and pressed into shape, creating the signature hexagonal texture. The pads are die-cut and sliced into symmetrical halves before final shaping and trimming. The result is a beautifully formed decoration that balances strength, delicacy, and traditional quality, all from recycled materials.
