Deep indigo - sky denotes the striking reactive glaze of our Dana bowls. The smooth, shimmering finish enhances the striking blue tone as does the organic contours of the bowl rim. The reactive glaze ensures each one is unique.
These collections are made using a reactive glaze, this means no two items are the same. Created by talented artisans in China. The country has a rich heritage of arts and crafts, but sadly it is now more renowned for mass production and many of its traditional skills have been forgotten or overlooked. We work together with our suppliers to protect these skills.

Each bowl is unique with elements that tie them together as a set. The colour of the individual bowls differs in depth and colour wash. If uniformity is what you crave, then you will miss the point of owning this collection and should steer clear and go to a factory made set. The unique quality of each bowl is what I love about owning these bowls.
They are perfect for using for cerial at breakfast, soup for lunch and pasta for dinner. I also used them for putting them on the dinning table for extra side dishes of vegetables and roast potatoes.
