This striking herringbone print is made using a traditional mud block printing technique, known as Dabu. The process behind each print involves several stages: from preparing the canvas to creating the mud clay material and finally the block printing itself. The frame is handmade from sustainable mango wood.
The traditional block printing technique from Rajasthan, known as Dabu is the secret to this collection of artworks. Dabu is an age-old process that uses mud, taken from dried lake beds, and hand carved block prints, to create a selection of truly unique and stylish prints.
To care for your frame, we recommend regularly wiping with a soft, dry cloth to prevent the build up of dust or dirt. We recommend a microfiber cloth in a circular motion for the glass. You may wish to protect the natural wood by rubbing an edible oil such as olive oil or walnut oil into the surface with a cloth. Please note this may darken the tone of the wood.

Extended Returns: Purchases made between 16th November and 24th December, can be returned to us by Monday 22nd January 2024.
All purchases made from 25th December will have our standard 28 day returns applied.
