Our Bwari Long marble serving boards have a distinct grey finish which is complemented with the natural mango wood. The piece is skilfully handmade using traditional tools. Designed for the kitchen and the table, they are ideal for serving anti-pasti and sharing foods and as chopping boards or cheese boards.
Words of Wisdom
Our marble is sourced from Rajasthan. Our mango wood pieces are created from sustainable mango wood. The Mango trees are initially grown for their fruit, harvested over a number of years. Once the trees have stopped bearing fruit, they can be cut down and used to make our wooden pieces. This allows farmers to plant more trees and provides them with a supplementary income.

Care instructions
To care for the marble, we recommend washing after every use. Use a mild dish soap and do not leave to soak, marble is a porous material and can easily stain. Do not scrub as this may scratch the marble. Handle with care to prevent chipping. Due to the nature of the wood, the colour may change over time. To nourish and protect the natural wood rub an edible oil such as olive oil or walnut oil into the surface with a dry cloth. Please note that adding oil may darken the tone of the wood.

This is a really beautifully made serving platter - I also you it for slicing bread and vegetables - lovely colour and solid and heavy so a stand out piece. Easy to clean and a lovely addition to the table or in the kitchen.
