We can happily confirm that we are offering delivery outside of the UK. If you do not see your local currency, please click on the country flag on the website footer, here you can select your chosen country for delivery. Delivery lead times and costs are calculated at the checkout and are based on the size of the order and location. Please note that some of our larger items and lighting are not available to delivery outside of the UK. We will be developing our international services and enabling more products for international delivery in the future.

We take great care in delivering your furniture to you and use a dedicated specialist delivery service which will deliver your furniture on a day of your choice. Sofa Delivery

Our sofas are handmade to order in the UK and each piece takes between 12-14 weeks to manufacture from the date that your order has been confirmed.

Please add your telephone number at the checkout so we can contact you to arrange a suitable date for delivery. Our sofa collection can be delivered to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery of these items is free of charge.

  • We will contact you once your order has completed production to arrange a suitable date for delivery
  • Your furniture will be placed in your desired location and the packaging will be removed at point of delivery

We will do our best to complete your made-to-order furniture within the specified lead time, however some delays can occur that are outside of our control. We will endeavor to keep you updated on the progress of your order.


Returns Policy

Please go to our returns page here and select the correct option.

We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please return to us within 28 days of receipt in an unused condition and in original packaging, with the returns form completed and placed inside the parcel. We will issue a refund to your original payment method on receipt.

  • Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached
  • With the exception of faulty goods Nkuku is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of the goods
  • Goods purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at the Nkuku Lifestyle Store

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS We take great care throughout the production and delivery of your order. From time to time some issues may occur.
