With regard to the packaging, I would like to inform you that we are regularly evaluating our packaging solutions and face the constant challenge of ensuring our products are delivered safely and in perfect condition from international sources, whilst not using unnecessary packaging material. Most of our products face a bumpy ride including camel carts, colourful Indian trucks and shipping containers. Therefore, products need to be packaged securely to prevent high levels of damage during transit.
As a business, we currently use recyclable cardboard compound in our delivery boxes and where possible, recycle used outer cardboard boxes. We are also working hard to entirely remove non-recyclable materials from our packaging including poly bags and bubble wrap.
Your feedback is important to help us improve and develop these solutions, and I can assure you that your comments will be fed back to the relevant departments.
