Nkuku Guarantee and Returns

We want you to be delighted with you order. If for any reason (excl. faulty items SEE BELOW), you are unhappy with anything you receive from Nkuku please return it to us within 12 days and we will replace or refund you. We only ask that they are returned unused and in the original packaging.

Please remember to ask for a certificate of posting when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or broken in return post.

Faulty / Incomplete Orders

In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty or the order is incomplete, please inform us within 4 days of receipt and we will be happy to replace it.

Return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

None of the above affects cancellations or your statutory rights.

Overseas Returns

Our returns policy is extended to 30 days from date of dispatch for orders posted overseas. Please remember to ask for a certificate of posting when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return post. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Information

1. Please call Nkuku on 01548 821 184 to let us know you are returning the item. Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without prior agreement.

2. Please write your customer name, order number, telephone number and reason for returning the item (faulty / don't like it / colour etc.) clearly inside the box.
