All our products are inspired by the traditional skills of artisans throughout Africa and India. The name ‘Nkuku’ was borrowed from a village in Zambia. We combine contemporary designs with age-old techniques, natural materials and sustainable methods of production to ensure each product is truly exceptional.

REGISTRATION
The benefits of setting up an account are:

Completing your name and address details just once, you will never have to complete them again.
Address Book facility to store all your shipping addresses for faster ordering.
The choice of choosing to receive Nkuku email, with special promotions that are exclusive to web customers.
Once you have placed an order, you can update your details online and view the status of your orders.
Place back orders and have the facility to edit / delete these orders until the status has been changed to confirmed.
Find information on your past orders and quickly order repeat orders.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
To check your order status, just click on the "Register/Log In" button at the top of the screen, sign in and then go to 'My Orders'. The orders will be displayed in order, to view the full order click on the order number.

CONFIRMED - means your order has been confirmed by the Nkuku Staff, but it hasn't been processed yet.
BEING PICKED- means the order is in the warehouse being processed.
DISPATCHED - means your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming this. If you have any queries at all with regards to your orders please call us on 0844 888 0268

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
If you wish to change, add or cancel an order before it has been CONFIRMED please contact our Customer Services team on 01548 821 184, with your order number. Alternatively you can email info@nkuku.com, quoting the order number.
