How to Order / Payment Details

Ordering online is easy and the steps involved are set out below. However if you are having any trouble, please info@nkuku.com or call 01548 821 184
All products can be located by:
- Using the top menu along the top part of the screen to navigate to the categories you want to see.
- Using the Search functionality
- Using the Quick Order functionality
When you find a product that you would like to buy, select the quantity you want and the colour (if applicable) then just click the "Add to Basket" button.
If you wish to view the products in your shopping bag then click on "View Basket" button at the top of the page.
If you have finished shopping then select "Checkout" and follow the on-screen instructions.
Complete your delivery details and enter your payment method. Your transaction will be processed in a completely secure environment, and you will automatically receive an order confirmation email

If you would like to order by telephone please call us on 01548 821 184 between 9.30am and 5.30pm and we would be delighted to take your order or talk through any of the products with you. Please have your credit card details ready.
Payment details
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/ Maestro and Visa Delta as valid payment methods. Your transaction will be processed in a completely secure environment.
If you pay by credit card, we only charge the card for the goods when they are dispatched.
